Dan Feldman, owner and president of Leadership Performance Solutions, Inc., has more than 25 years of organizational development experience including delivering organization-wide transformation interventions, comprehensive facilitation, and executive coaching in private, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Organizations thrive by strategically adapting to internal and external challenges and managing the necessary changes in organizational capacity, culture, and direction. Dan recognizes that the success of these efforts is dependent upon strong leadership. In pursuit of developing effective organizational leadership, Dan specializes in in-depth analysis of the key strategic and developmental requirements for workplace success and providing the programs necessary to promote optimal influence and effectiveness. Dan has assisted organizations by applying his expertise in change management, leadership development, facilitation, team development, strategic and action planning, organizational review and restructuring, training, and process improvement.
Dan is a certified professional facilitator who has designed, developed, and delivered a wide-range of human capital development programs. Dan is the author of The Handbook of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, The Manager’s Pocket Guide to Workplace Coaching, and Critical Thinking: Strategies for Decision Making.
Jeff Kelly is a highly versatile and effective results-driven leader. His passion and expertise lies at the nexus of business strategy, technology, and individual performance. He has been developing business-driven learning and performance improvement solutions for over 20 years. Jeff has designed and delivered highly-acclaimed learning programs to thousands of learners around the globe. Recognized for his engaging and enlightening presentation approach, his learning programs are very popular with both public and private organizations. Jeff has a B.S. in Biology from Purdue University and a M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University.
Jack Curley has more than 30 years of international experience in the field of water resources engineering management. Often called a “people person”, he is an organizer, manager, coordinator, and leader with a proven track record in leading international, multi-cultural project teams through the twists and turns of projects and multi-project—multi benefit programs.
He is a trained meeting facilitator who has facilitated public meetings and community outreach events, stakeholder working groups, policy advisory groups, and presented to local, county, state governing councils and boards, and academic conferences. He has established cooperative and productive partnerships with the federal agencies, local and regional government councils, watchdog groups and environmental environmental preservation action groups to find common ground and achieve common goals.
Jack has a B.S. Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Most recently, he developed and implemented a groundbreaking approach to water resources management in which competing interests became shared interests and long-held frustration became widespread support. His honesty, openness, and humor in communicating fosters “guard down” discussions that result in balanced and measured progress.

TEDDIE WATTS, Ph.D.
Dr. Watts has extensive experience in improving and reengineering work processes and linking inter-disciplinary theories and field research methods to organizational problems and challenges – particularly those related to change management, performance management, streamlining work processes, information resources management, and embedding new information systems in work environments. She has been an adjunct professor and lecturer at five universities, primarily in the field of IT strategic management, and has been a frequent presenter at national conferences on performance management and balanced scorecard measures, reengineering, information resources management, and strategic planning. Dr. Watts has developed and delivered numerous training sessions, team building workshops, and program and operations evaluations throughout the federal government and in private industry.
