Executive Coaching involves meeting with an executive coach to chart a direction for enhancing a manager’s effectiveness and to address any specific workplace issues. Executive coaching helps even top performers enhance their abilities, be it in communication effectiveness, executive presence or thinking strategically. It starts with an extensive 360° interview assessment process and an assessment feedback session. In the feedback session key development targets are identified and an action plan is developed to address those targets.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
LPS Leadership Development Programs are custom designed for the client's leadership team. It begins with an assessment of the leadership team through interviews and observations. In close collaboration with the senior leader, a plan is developed based upon an assessment report. The program generally takes place over several months. The core component of the leadership development program is monthly one-day training workshops with action learning assignments. Optional components include bi-weekly team coaching as well as individual executive coaching.
