Coaching and Leadership Development
 
The Comprehensive Program for Leadership Development provides leadership development using three distinct elements:
  • The Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership Development (CALD)
  • Individual Leadership Coaching
  • Group Programs
 
Any single element may be individually selected.

 
The Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership Development
 
The Comprehensive Assessment of Leadership Development (CALD) offers an intensive, in-depth analysis of the strengths and areas in need of improvement for participants. The CALD includes three methods for assessment: written assessment tools, individual interviews with participants and co-workers, and on-the-job observation. The goal is for the participants to discover more about their personal leadership and management styles. The CALD culminates with a confidential feedback session for each participant detailing the results of the assessment.

 
Leadership Coaching
 
Leadership Coaching involves meeting with an executive coach to chart a direction for enhancing a manager’s effectiveness and to address specific workplace issues. Leadership Coaching will help participants to:
  • Actively apply leadership skills to their day-to-day work
  • Go beyond blocks, gain new insights, and improve performance
  • Develop their most effective leadership style
  • Resolve problems i.e., difficult employees
  • Express leadership directives with confidence
  • Be comfortable with change initiatives
  • Learn the tools for continued self-growth
 
Group Programs
 
Group programs offer the opportunity for skill building for individual participants and team improvement for an intact work team. Group programs are selected based upon the needs of the participants.
