![]() Daniel Feldman, Ph.D. President Dr. Daniel Feldman is Owner and President of Leadership Performance Solutions, Inc., an organizational development consulting company. Daniel provides a variety of coaching and consulting services including: leadership development, process improvement, team development, strategic and action planning, conflict resolution, and change management. Daniel regularly coaches senior staff and facilitates senior level meetings and retreats. Daniel has designed, developed, and delivered a wide-range of human capital development training programs and is a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators. He is the author of The Handbook of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, The Managers Pocket Guide to Workplace Coaching, and Critical Thinking: Strategies for Decision Making. Daniel has provided comprehensive executive coaching and consulting services in the private sector for large and small companies in a variety of industries including Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Hospitality and has delivered organization-wide transformation interventions to federal agencies. Daniel received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1982 and is a licensed psychologist. Kathryn Gaines, Ph.D. Kathryn Gaines has served as both an internal and external training and development consultant for more than fourteen years. Kathryn partners with clients to maximize performance by enhancing effectiveness, satisfaction and commitment in the workplace. Kathryn works to create a climate that invites trust, participation, and ownership, with a focus on results. She possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and group facilitation skills. She has partnered with the following work groups: front-line supervisors, directors and managers, professional and support staff, intact work teams and departments, sales representatives, technical and scientific professionals, nurses, clinicians, boards of directors, executive teams, including CEOs, COOs, as well as physicians and medical directors. Kathryn holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Maryland. Gwen Bates, M.S. Ms. Bates has extensive experience in the federal government and the private sector. She has managed and led business process improvement and change management and communication teams for large government agencies. The projects covered redesigning a large agencys human resources management practices, redesigning asset management processes; developing and implementing agency-wide change and transition projects; and leading teams in designing competency-based learning programs. In addition she has led information technology system development/implementation teams in planning and implementing change management initiatives that included designing new work processes, restructuring jobs, training in the new processes, and helping the employees and managers accept the new technology. These projects included significant data gathering and analysis as well as formulating recommendations for the changes needed to create more effective work processes. Throughout her career she has designed and delivered numerous workshops for both managers and senior leaders covering topics such as strategic planning, managing change and transitions, conflict management, process management, and building effective teams. In addition, as she works with clients, she provides coaching and counseling to both individuals and teams. Kevin Nourse, M.A. Mr. Nourse is a seasoned learning and development professional with a passion for supporting people in change, learning and development. He has 15 years of experience in coaching, training, organization development, and teaching. Mr.Nourse has a unique ability to support change at an organizational and personal level. He is able to use analytical and people skills to help effect individual and organizational change. Mr. Nourse is an authentic, interactive and approachable speaker and facilitator. Teddie Watts, Ph.D. Dr. Watts has extensive experience in improving and reengineering work processes and linking inter-disciplinary theories and field research methods to organizational problems and challenges particularly those related to change management, performance management, streamlining work processes, information resources management, and embedding new information systems in work environments. She has been an adjunct professor and lecturer at five universities, primarily in the field of IT strategic management, and has been a frequent presenter at national conferences on performance management and balanced scorecard measures, reengineering, information resources management, and strategic planning. Dr. Watts has developed and delivered numerous training sessions, team building workshops, and program and operations evaluations throughout the federal government and in private industry. Mary Helms, M.S. Mary Helms has worked with individuals at the president, executive director, and vice president level as they lead organizational change, hone their management and leadership skills, and express their unique talents. With experience as a business owner and human resource practitioner in business and nonprofit organizations, she brings a broad perspective and practical approach to career, human resource, and organizational issues. She is especially aware of the need for any organization to be staffed by people who understand the mission and add strategic value. Human Resource management experiences at INTELSAT, Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc, and BDM International have allowed Mary to develop and apply her management and leadership development skills in the international consulting and high technology arena. Mary is a certified Ontological Coach through Newfield Network, having completed Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery and their Graduate Program. She has an MS in Personnel and Human Resource Management from The American University. She has held adjunct faculty positions at The American University and Marymount University. Janet Geffner, M.P.A. anet Geffner has participated in numerous consulting, business process reengineering, and change management projects in which she used her extensive planning and analysis skills to support organizations that were committed to improving their efficiency and effectiveness. Her strength lies in helping individuals and teams discover their assets and applying practical methods for maximizing their desired outcome. In her work with business process reengineering/business process improvement teams, she uses a structured, data-based process to examine all facets of the organizations: mission, processes, management systems, technology, skills sets, resources, culture, and external environment to identify areas for improvement and recommend practical strategies to accomplish their goals. She places paramount importance on managing the change, and works closely with organization leaders in designing and implementing change management/communication plans that consider the needs of all stakeholders. She has designed and delivered numerous workshops for both managers and senior leaders covering topics such as strategic planning, managing change, effective communications, conflict management, presentation skills, process management, and building effective teams.
